Ch. Yarrow's Big Joe "Hubble"

Congratulations to Mike Pitts, who has done a wonderful job handling our Affenpinscher.

I first became familiar with this comical little breed when I was in Europe .   A neighbor had one and I was quite enthralled with his antics, and that face, what is not to love about it!  Known as the Monkey faced terrier, the affenpinscher is known for his distinct monkey like face.  Although derived from Terriers, the affenpinscher is a member of the Toy Group.

I have also found the breed to have monkey like personality traits.  We absolutely love this breed and I am sorry that it took me twenty five years to find one.

Our little guy "Hubble" is the son of Ch. Yarrow's Mighty Joe Young who is a multi breed and top ten toy group winner, handled by Beth Sweigert with the Green Team.

I am not certain, but I believe that our affens,  Hubble & Haley think they are the world's smallest black Arabians, or that Bahim is the world largest affenpinscher!
